Step 1: REGISTRATION
To register for the IEEE ICA/ACCA 2024, please complete your data and sign the form HERE:
Note that in this form, authors can associate its registration to 1 or 2 papers maximum (in the case of a Full Author registration). A third paper can be uploaded if a student’s registration is completed for the student’s author or co-author.
Your Email will be used as a primary key in our database, so you can only add one registration associated to a given Email.
Step 2: PAYMENT
Once step 1 has been completed, proceed to pay your registration. An email notification will be sent to you to initiate the payment process. If you don’t receive the email within 6 hours, contact ieee.ica.acca2024@usach.cl
A FULL REGISTRATION:
- Allows the author to upload up to two (2) papers on which he/she is an author or co-author.
- A third paper can be uploaded if a student’s registration is completed for the student’s author or co-author.
- Includes lunch, open reception, camaraderie dinner and coffees.
A STUDENT REGISTRATION:
- Includes lunch, open reception, and coffees.
Accepted papers longer than six pages are subject to an extra charge of CLP$50.000 per page, for up to two extra pages.
